LOCAL DELIVERY
Local Delivery is also offered for orders within 20km of our warehouse based in North Brisbane. We make delivery same day where possible, and when orders are placed before 1pm, and guarantee next day delivery. If your address is eligible for local delivery this will automatically be offered during the checkout process
PICK-UP
Unfortunately pick-up is not currently available due to covid restrictions. We apologise for any inconvenience
SHIPPING MATERIALS
We value the environment, so wherever possible we reuse packaging. This way we can lower our carbon footprint, and also enables us to not pass on any costs for shipping materials to customers
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are sent out same or next day wherever possible. For Standard delivery usual wait time is 2-6 days. For Express delivery usual wait time is 1-3 days. For International shipping usual wait time is 6-10 days
