We understand that from time to time an item you order isn't quite right, and we try to offer flexibility in these cases. Our Return Policy provides additional rights to you beyond those guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law

    RETURNS PROCESS
    Please see below for contact options, email or direct message via Facebook or Instagram are preferred contact options to initiate the returns process. Please provide your name, invoice number, description of which item/s need to be returned, and where possible a photo of your order. There is no restocking fee charged should need to exchange or refund any items from your order, provided that the items being returned are in new condition with tags still attached. You will not be charged for any return postage for item exchanges, even in cases of change of mind. You will however be responsible for any postage cost returning any items to the address below.

    If you received a damaged or faulty product, or something was missing from your order, please email us, providing photos of the damaged or faulty product to info@fetchconnection.com.au and make sure to include your invoice number and name.
